The free month
Nothing is charged during the first month, and we email you before it ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
14 days after any charge
If you're charged for a month or a year and write to us within 14 days of that charge, we refund it in full, whatever the reason. You don't have to explain.
Your legal right to withdraw
In the EU and the UK you can withdraw from a subscription within 14 days of taking it out, without giving a reason. Because the free month starts straight away, at checkout you're asked to agree that the service starts immediately. Our 14-day refund above goes further than the law requires, so it covers you either way.
After 14 days
You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again, but the period you've already paid for isn't refunded. You keep using Risegate until it ends.
How to ask
Write to noel.gedeon1@gmail.com from the email address you paid with, or reply to your receipt. Refunds are paid by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller, back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
